Privacy Policy

Beta draft. Prologue Prompts is in invite-only beta; this policy is written in plain language and will be reviewed by counsel before general availability.

Who we are

Prologue Prompts ("Prologue") is operated by Jaime Aguilera García. Contact: aguileragarcia.jaime@gmail.com.

What we collect

Your email address — used solely to sign you in (magic link) and to match subscription payments to your account.
The prompts you capture — the product's content. Voice dictation is transcribed on your device; audio never leaves your phone.
Basic sync metadata — a device label (e.g. "ios"), timestamps, and sync state.

No advertising, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts — on this site or in the app.

Where it lives

Your notes are stored in a Postgres database hosted on Supabase infrastructure, isolated to your account by row-level security. Offline captures stay on your device until you're online and signed in.

Processors we rely on

Supabase — database, authentication, and sync backend.
Stripe — subscription payments. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Apple — app distribution (App Store / TestFlight).
Vercel — hosting for this website.

Retention

On the Free plan, your 1,000 newest notes are kept; older ones are permanently deleted as new ones arrive. On Pro, everything is kept until you delete it. Deleting your account deletes all of your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or its complete deletion, at any time — email us. If you're in the EU/UK, this includes your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability.

Children

Prologue is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We'll post any material change here and update the effective date. During beta, expect this document to evolve with the product.
