Prologue Prompts captures prompt notes ("cues") offline on your device, syncs them to a backend, and connects them to your own tools (terminal agents via MCP, dashboards). It is provided by Jaime Aguilera García ("we").
The service is in beta: features change, and despite genuine care (offline-first design, sync watermarks, retention safeguards) data loss is possible. Don't keep your only copy of something irreplaceable in a beta product.
Sign-in is by email link; keep access to that email address secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Your prompts are yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, sync, and process them to operate the service. We don't train models on your content and we don't sell it.
Don't use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, don't probe or disrupt the infrastructure, and don't resell access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or the consumer rights of your country of residence.
You can delete your account at any time (email us — deletion removes all your data). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
