Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for a product in invite-only beta with live billing. Formal legal review comes before general availability — but these terms are what we hold ourselves to today.

1. The service

Prologue Prompts captures prompt notes ("cues") offline on your device, syncs them to a backend in the EU, and connects them to your own tools (terminal agents via MCP, dashboards). It is provided by Jaime Aguilera García ("we").

2. Beta status

The service is in beta: features change, and despite genuine care (offline-first design, sync safeguards) data loss is possible. Don't keep your only copy of something irreplaceable in a beta product.

3. Your account

Sign-in is by email link; keep access to that email address secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

4. Your content

Your prompts are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, sync, and process them to operate the service. We don't train models on your content and we don't sell it. See the Privacy Policy for the full data picture.

5. Plans

6. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, don't probe or disrupt the infrastructure, and don't resell access.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death, personal injury, or fraud), or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (email us — deletion removes your account and all your notes). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice unless the breach makes that impossible.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought in your local courts.
